The mission of the Middleton Electric Light Department (MELD) is to provide, subject to applicable laws and regulations, reliable and efficient electrical power at fair, reasonable and competitive rates to its ratepayers in a safe working environment for its employees and the Town of Middleton.
Meeting Schedule
The normal meeting for the Board of Electric Light Commissioners is the second
Thursday of the month and as required by the Open Meeting Law meeting notices
are posted at the Town Hall at least 48 hours in advance. Meeting notices will also be posted in the Public Meeting Calendar
